Directions for Frating Abbey Lake

Following the B1027 through Thorrington, going past the Red Lion.

Take a left to go down Frating Abbey Farm Road.

After going up a steep hill with woodland on your left you will see a Chain hanging between two posts, this is the Entry gate to the Lake.
